R.A. Abishev, Deputy Director for Educational Affairs of the college at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, conducted an online seminar for the college teachers on the topic: “Education and Labor as Strategic Values: Human Capital Development.”
On April 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized and held an online seminar via the ZOOM platform. As part of this event, today R.A. Abishev, Deputy Director for Educational Affairs of the college at M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, conducted an online seminar for the college teachers on the topic: “Education and Labor as Strategic Values: Human Capital Development.”
The main purpose of the seminar was to enhance the importance of human capital development within the education system, strengthen responsibility toward labor and professional orientation, and provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between education and work.
During the event, participants discussed modern educational trends, current issues in the labor market, ways to develop professional skills, and methods for improving personal competitiveness.
The seminar participants exchanged experiences and considered effective mechanisms for integrating education and labor. In addition, it was emphasized that the development of human capital is one of the key factors for the country’s sustainable development and economic growth.
