Alibek Seidehan Nurmahanuly was born on April 8, 1961 in the village of Altyntobe, Kazygurt district of South Kazakhstan region in a large family.

1989-1992 - postgraduate student of the Kazakh State University named after S. M. Kirov.
Academic degree:
1992 - Candidate of Historical Sciences.
2009 - Doctor of Historical Sciences.
Work experience:
1983 - the beginning of labor activity. Secretary of the Komsomol Committee.
1984 - lecturer of the Department of "History" of the Kazakh Chemical Technological Institute , Shymkent.
1988-1989 - trainee researcher of the Kazakh State University named after S. M. Kirov.
1993-1995 - Senior lecturer, Associate Professor of the Kazakh Chemical Technology Institute.
1995-2004 - Head of the Department "History of Kazakhstan" of the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University.
2004-2006 - Dean of the Faculty of History of the SKSU named after M. Auezov.
2006-2009 - doctoral student
2009-2018 - Dean of the Faculty of Pre-university Training and work with foreign Students of SKSU named after M. Auezov.
Since November 01, 2018 he has been working as the director of the college of SKSU named after M. Auezov.
Chairman of the Public Association of Historians and Political Scientists of South Kazakhstan.
Awards:
Alibek Seidehan Nurmahanuly - the owner of the badge "Honorary worker of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan", honorary diplomas of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2001), the state grant of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "the Best teacher of the University" (2010). Winner letters of appreciation from akim of the South Kazakhstan region and the city Shymkent.

Author of more than 120 scientific, scientific and methodological articles, more than 10 textbooks and training manuals, 2 monographs, including articles published in foreign publications with an impact-factor.
He is married, has 4 children, grandchildren
