The working group of the Kazdual project - “Implementation of the dual system in Kazakhstan, the Erasmus + program arrived on June 13, 2022 for trainings at Otto von Guerick University of Magdeburg (Germany). The team of Kazakhstan was represented by M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University, Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Buketov Karaganda University, Shakarim University, Karaganda Higher Polytechnic College and Electrotechnical College.On the first day of the training, the Kazakh project team was welcomed by the Kazdual project leader, Prof. Bünning, project leader from Otto von Guericke University in Magdeburg. Researcher of the Faculty of Humanities, Department of Professional Education and Human Resource Development, Dr. Yuliya Nepomchataya introduced the training program.Researcher at the Department of Engineering Pedagogy and Technical Education of the Faculty of Humanities Hannes Tegelbeckers spoke about the history of the development of the university, presented the training program and introduced the features of the dual training model at the University of Magdeburg to the Faculty of Vocational Education and Human Resource Management.Of particular interest was the model of dual education for the full preparation of a specialist for teaching: 6 semesters of a bachelor's degree + 4 semesters of a master's degree + 16 months of work, certified by the German Ministry of Education. Also, the participants were familiarized with the forms of conducting a two-level certification of a specialist - at the university and at work (state exam). The active discussions of the training participants are evidence of the relevance of dual education and the importance of international scientific collaboration in the study and development of variable training programs for specialists.The working day ended with a tour of the campus, getting acquainted with the educational laboratories at the faculties and the student work system in the university library.
