A round table was organized on the topic: "the difficult fate of the national intelligentsia."

On May 30, 2022, a seminar "1937-1938 Events of mass repressions in Kazakhstan and their consequences: the difficult fate of the national intelligentsia in documents" was held at the M. Auezov SKU College, organized a round table with students of the NSN-21-1k, BBn-21-1k groups.
The round table was dedicated to one of the most tragic pages in the history of Kazakhstan - the Day of Remembrance of Mass Political Repression and the terrible famine that ended with the death of millions of people.
M. Auezov Training College, teacher of the history of Kazakhstan, Master of Political Science Dosybai N. zh. told his official data along with documents. In the USSR, 3,77 million people became victims of Stalin's repressions. 500 thousand of them were shot, the rest were imprisoned for up to 25 years.To date, 103 thousand people have been repressed in the period from 1921 to 1954, more than 25 thousand of them have been shot. To date, 345 thousand illegally persecuted people have been acquitted in the country. Among them are exiles to Kazakhstan. "May 31 is the Day of Remembrance of victims of Political Repression and Famine."
