“Not Speed, but Life Matters: The Japanese Model”
Today, in accordance with Letter No. 10-09-08/67 dated January 8, 2026, of the Shymkent City Department of Education, a preventive lecture entitled “Not Speed, but Life Matters: The Japanese Model” was held with the aim of teaching students road traffic rules and preventing road traffic accidents.
The event was conducted for students of the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University College by the responsible district police inspector of the Law Enforcement Department of the Turan District Police Department of Shymkent City, Police Major Nurdaulet Maratovich Ushan.
During the lecture, the importance of observing traffic rules, adhering to speed limits, and recognizing human life safety as the highest value was thoroughly explained.
