QUALIFYING ROUND OF THE INTELLECTUAL COMPETITION AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS IS UNDERWAY.
Today, the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov launched the intellectual competition "Ziyatker-2025" among technical and vocational education institutions of the city of Shymkent, dedicated to the Year of Working Professions. Teams from nearly 20 colleges in the city are participating in the event, including: "Avtomekhanik", "Algyrlar", "Erudit", "Zhas Qazaq", "Shanyraq", "GEK Zhastary", "Cambridge", "Sparky", "Aibat", "Bestugyr", and others.
At the opening ceremony of the competition, Gulzhan Yerbolatkyzy Saduaqasova, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the college at the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov, emphasized that the competition aims to develop students’ intellectual potential, enhance critical thinking and analytical skills, spark a passion for knowledge, and also foster cooperation between educational institutions and encourage knowledge exchange.
Today, the qualifying round among the teams is taking place.
