The Shymkent delegation stood out in red at the "City of Working Professions" festival.
In his Address to the People of Kazakhstan, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev declared 2025 as the "Year of Working Professions." As part of this significant year, the "City of Working Professions" festival is taking place in Astana.
Nearly 300 students and staff members from technical and vocational education institutions in Shymkent, as well as partner enterprises from each college, participated in this large-scale event. The delegation included Shymkent Deputy Akim Sarsen Kuranbek, Maslikhat Secretary Bahadyr Narymbetov, and a group of deputies. Also present were R. Abishev, the deputy director for educational affairs of the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University College, along with specialized subject teachers M. Dauletpakov and Z. Omar, as well as active students and members of the student parliament of the college.
