A collection of works dedicated to the 115th anniversary of Akay Nusipbekuly Nusipbekov was presented.
On December 28, 2024, a meeting was held in the assembly hall of the College of South Kazakhstan University named after M.Auezov with the Director of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch.Ch. Valikhanov, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ziyabek Yermukhanovich Kabuldinov, and Senior Expert, Candidate of Historical Sciences Auezhan Kadirzhanovich Shashaev.
The purpose of the meeting was to present a 5-volume collection of works dedicated to the 115th anniversary of Akay Nusipbekuly Nusipbekov, academician of the Kazakh SSR Academy of Sciences, vice president, honored scientist of Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Kazakh SSR, Doctor of Historical Sciences, and Professor. Akay Nusipbekov led the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch.Ch. Valikhanov from 1956 to 1982.
The leadership and staff of the college were assured that the research, study, and collection of the historical heritage of one of the prominent scientists of the 20th century, a courageous veteran, an esteemed teacher, and a skilled leader, Akay Nusipbekov, would continue.
During the event, Doctor of Historical Sciences Alibek Seydekhan Nurmakhanovich from the College of South Kazakhstan University named after M.Auezov delivered a speech, wishing success in creative work and the implementation of significant tasks for the country's benefit. The teacher of the "History of Kazakhstan" subject, Master N.Zh. Dosybai, recited his original poem entitled "We Have Fought and Struggled for Centuries."
The deputy director for academic affairs expressed gratitude to the guests and wished them further creative success. The staff of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch.Ch. Valikhanov received heartfelt appreciation for their work.
